Standard closing fees are less than 1.00% of the loan amount. The following is an example of a $100,000.00 refinance in Minnesota. The following are standard costs for Minnesota. Not all fees are applicable for all closings. Fees are subject to change.

FYI: The Courthouse charges $46.00 per document for recording at the Courthouse and the County Auditor charges $2.30 per thousand for State Mortgage Tax.
